We don't have a side. We have a lens. American political dysfunction is fascinating and clarifying when you're not standing inside it. We're not here to tell you who to vote for. We're here to show you how the machine works.
The Canadian Angle
We ran most of these experiments already. Different party names, same results. That's either a remarkable coincidence or it tells you something important about the cause. We think it tells you something important about the cause.
The Outrage Machine
The anger is real. The explanations for it are manufactured and sold back to you. There's a profit motive that rewards the most extreme version of whatever you already believe. We find the mechanics of that genuinely interesting.
What We're Not
Not a both-sides-are-the-same argument. Not a nihilist "nothing matters" take. Not affiliated with any party, outlet, or ideology. Just independent commentary from people who are tired of being managed by their own media consumption.
